Cheof Coton

Chef Coton is locally renowned for her culinary skills and high standards of creating whimsical, locally sourced dishes within the community. Her culinary career began in Las Vegas and quickly ventured back to her South Florida roots as a private chef on Palm Beach Island. She had access to exquisite, fresh, and pure ingredients to create new dishes that were abundant in flavor and with integrity. 

 

With a background as a classically trained Le Cordon bleu Chef, Costa offers traditional French techniques along with polished contemporary American fare. 

 

She has set a new paradigm of locally sourced, organic, and sustainability within her restaurant Costa in Delray Beach.

Chef Coton shares her Love and kinship of fresh food and laughter. Her vision is focused on creating a Culinary kitchen of inspired chefs and a Community community-minded team while supporting our local artisans, fishermen, and farmers.
